                Sorry plays a key role in our life. People think saying sorry is a small thing but it is very big thing.Sometimes even if we do not do any mistake we say sorry.It's not wrong because it doesn't mean you accept a mistake that you haven't do.But it is that you give importance to the other person than your EGO.We can say sorry when a quarrel stops by our sorry.Do not forget to say sorry when you hurt people.Finally SORRY is the resemblance of REALIZATION.

              Thank you also plays a key role in deciding your character.We can thank anybody irrespective of age,gender.we should thank people even if they have done a small thing to us.
